Here are two ways to measure.
1. Measure with paper, pen and ruler
Measure at the thickest part of your finger.
The size of the finger changes depending on the time and weather, so it is recommended to measure several times at different times and check the average value, or measure in the evening if you tend to swell.
Avoid when it's too hot or too cold. 
2. Measure from your ring size

Bizarre handles chains with a total length of 50 cm (45 cm + 5 cm) and a total length of 60 cm (55 cm + 5 cm).

It is recommended that the length of the arm circumference +2.0 to 3.0 cm.
Either wrap the same paper as the ring or use a tape measure.
