[1] Choose a product

Orders can be placed in the shopping cart 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, so please enjoy shopping at your leisure.

Your order is not confirmed when you put it in the shopping cart. For the time being, you can put the items you are interested in in the shopping cart and secure them, and then take your time to examine them later.

If there is an item that you do not want to buy after all, you can return the item in the shopping cart by clicking the "Remove" button.


[2] Make an order

After confirming the size and color and deciding which product to order, click the "Continue to purchase" button and proceed to payment.

You can choose the payment method from credit card payment, paypal, amazon pay, and cash on delivery.

■ Credit card payment
VISA / Master / AMEX credit cards are accepted.

*You cannot use a credit card that is not in your name.

■ cash on delivery (cash on delivery)
This is a delivery method in which payment is made in exchange for the package to be delivered to the customer. When the delivery person visits to deliver the package, please pay the delivery person the product price (cash-on-delivery amount) and the delivery charge (see below) separately.
In addition, if you purchase more than ¥ 5500 (tax included), we will bear the full amount of the cash on delivery fee.

■Shipping fee Shipping is free for customers who purchase over 5,500 yen (including tax).

If the product price is less than 5500 yen (including tax), the shipping fee will be charged separately. (Hokkaido 1,320 yen, Tohoku 990 yen, Kanto/Tokai/Hokuriku 880 yen, Kansai 990 yen, Chugoku/Shikoku 1,100 yen, Kyushu 1,320 yen, Okinawa 1,430 yen. All prices include tax.)

[3] Confirm the completion of the order procedure

An order confirmation email will be automatically sent to the email address you entered. Your order is now complete. Please check if the size, color, shipping address, payment method, and delivery date are correct. If there is an error in your order or if you do not receive an order confirmation email, please do not hesitate to contact our customer center .


■Delivery address Bizarre D・L・C Co., Ltd. will ship all over Japan. (Excluding some remote islands)
*We are currently not accepting deliveries outside of Japan.
*In the case of delivery to a remote island, a separate relay fee may be charged. Please note.
*Cash-on-delivery is no longer available for some customers who live in remote islands. Thank you for your understanding.

■ About the number of days until delivery It takes about 1 to 3 weeks from the date of order to the date of shipment.
*Even if you place an order, there are rare cases where it is out of stock.
*In the above cases, it may take time for delivery or may be canceled.
*Please note that delivery to remote islands may take several days.


■ About specifying delivery date
You can specify the delivery date during the ordering process in the shopping cart. Please use it.
*Depending on the shipping status and traffic conditions, it may not be possible to deliver on the specified delivery date. Please note.

■Delivery time designation
We accept delivery time designation from the following time zone.
You can specify it when you place an order using the shopping cart.

1) in the morning
2) From 14:00 to 16:00
3) From 16:00 to 18:00
4) From 18:00 to 20:00
5) From 19:00 to 21:00

*Depending on the shipping status and traffic conditions, it may not be possible to deliver the product according to the specified delivery time. Please note.

■ When there are days from order to delivery
If there is time until delivery due to the specified arrival date, it will be kept at the nearest Yamato Transport delivery branch until delivery.

■ When ordering multiple items
It will be delivered after all the products are in stock, so it may take some time to deliver depending on the stock status. Please note.

■ Holidays
If there is a holiday between the order date and the shortest shipping date, the shortest shipping date will be later than the number of days of the holiday.

■ Year-end and New Year holidays, Obon, Golden Week, etc.
Please note that the delivery schedule may be adjusted. We will inform you in the information, so please take a look.

■Notification at the time of shipment When the shipment of the ordered product from the delivery warehouse is completed, we will send a "Notification of product delivery number" email to the customer.
*If you do not receive an email within a week, please contact the secretariat .

■About the status of delivery For the status of delivery, you can check the current location of the package and the contact information of the sales office in charge by entering the tracking number on the delivery company's website. (*Delivery may take longer depending on the circumstances of the shipping company and traffic conditions.)

■When you are absent from delivery If you were absent during delivery, the delivery company will post an absence slip in your mailbox. Please contact the shipping company according to the information on the absentee slip.

■Delivery company storage period when delivery is not available The delivery company will store your order for about a week after the first delivery.
*If you do not contact the shipping company for more than a week, your order will be treated as canceled. In this case, please note that we may charge you separately for the cost of this delivery. Also, please note that redelivery is not possible.
When you place an order, you will have to go through the ordering process again, but there are cases where the product is already out of stock. Please note.

■ Cancellation [Before product delivery]
You can cancel your order by contacting the secretariat with your name and order number by 12:00 on the day of your order. Please note that we are unable to answer calls during our business hours, such as nights and holidays. Please cancel by e-mail.

■ Changes to order details [Before product delivery]
You cannot change your order once it has been processed, but you can do the same by canceling your order and placing a new order. Please take advantage of it.

■ About returns and exchanges [after delivery]

*We apologize if the product is defective. Please contact the secretariat so that we can prepare a replacement. Please note that popular items may be out of stock. Thank you for your understanding.
